Finding Your Own Path
In all our lives there are times when we come to crossroads. This can be as graduation approaches, after the end of a relationship, when we want or need to change jobs, when we become parents, as retirement starts or during many other transitions that life presents us with.
At times there may be too many options, at times it may feel as if there are not enough and at times it can all seem like a complete dead end.
This often goes together with becoming uncertain of one's decisions and oneself. It can lead to ruminating about the way forward over and over again in a way that gets stress levels up, feels exhausting and may cause sleepless nights.
Spending some time gaining clarity about what really matters to you in life and how you can move towards it step by step helps to successfully navigate these transitions.
